Windows 10: I’m Stuck In a Very Strange Boot Loop...

I am aware that I’ve done so many things wrong but I was in a hurry during all of this.
My PC is used to host a Minecraft server. I was running the Jar file and forgot to use the stop command to close the server, but I just closed the window. A few seconds later, I pressed the power off button on my tower It’s a custom built PC I dont know if that’s relevant, but before it was finished shutting down, I switched off the power supply/ unplugged my PC. Then, I moved it into another room carefully and rebooted it.
Bad idea.
Firstly it started up, did this weird flash thing, and then I was met with a BSOD, error code 0xc000021a I believe, then when it got to 100%, it brought me to the “Choose and Option” screen.
I pressed Continue exit and continue to Windows 10, but it just shut down my PC. I turned it back on again, was met with another BSOD, I did the same thing, and it just shut down again. Multiple times.
So essentially I’m stuck in a loop. So then I Reset my PC, keeping files. It went through the the

screen, and then went straight back to the Choose an Option screen.
Now whenever I continue to Windows 10, the PC restarts itself instead of shutting down, displays “Preparing Automatic repair” and brings me right back to the Choose an Option screen. It also still does the flash thing, I’m not sure how to describe it, it lasts about 1/4 of a second.


It’s been 5 or so hours.

I’ve tried to reset the pc and get rid of files, but it says your pc can’t be reset or something along those lines. I’ve also tried to boot in safe mode but no luck, and I’ve done start up repair but it can’t find any problems.

I’m trying to avoid going on another computer to get another windows install, but if I need to then it should be too much of an issue.

Any ideas?
