Windows 10: I'm stuck in an infinite blue screen loop

I'm stuck in an infinite blue screen that says my device ran into a problem it then takes me to my computer key number to fix it and after I type it in it processes for a second but then blue screens again but with white squares replacing some letters I don't know whats happening but nothing I do works not even force entering my pc in the screen to access safe mode I run a hp omen and this has never happened to me like this the only option I found that could work would take 2 hours to check everything and that's if it even makes it threw the full check

Windows 10 is stuck in an infinite bootup loop, Help!

I had this infinite windows 10 loading loop about 2 week ago immediately after disabling OneDrive Sync from Group Policy Editor. When I restarted the computer I got a Windows screen 'Get Even More Out of Windows' trying to force me to login with a MS Account and use those services.

Immediately this coincided with the loop screen the next day! Considering all 2 weeks prior to that on a fresh install 1903 it didn't happen. I then found out that I had to go to regedit HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ContentDeliveryManager SubscribedContent-310093Enabled 0.

This fixed the issue straight away in my case. Somehow disabling OneDrive Sync triggered this to be enabled. And this glitch with loop screen loading occurred.

Now maybe in your case the situation may be different. But it is just food for thought. Check your SubscribedContent list and see if this thing had something to do with your infinite loop loading.
