Windows 10: I'm stuck in enter confirmation code,can anyone help me please

I was trying to login my window,but it said can't use pin code to login my computer,so i follow the step,and then it says it will sending a verification code to my email to login,but I can't get the verification code,i tried like 5 times, waiting for an hour,i still didn't get the verification code that it said to send in designated email,is that mean i can never be login??can anyone help me please

keyboard continues to print m. I cannot enter without it printing mmmmmmmmmm,etc I checked to see if key was stuck, it is not. Any suggestions
