Windows 10: I’m stuck in safe mode and u cannot login it tells me something happened and your pin is...

Im tripping out here I go into safe mode because I keep blue screening so I enter safe mode everything seems fine until it tells me “something happened and your pin isn’t available click to set up your pin again” I click it and it doesn’t work so I enter recovery mode to reset the computer and it tells me “something went wrong could not reset your pc” so now I’m just stuck on this screen I’m very desperate right now please someone answer my question.

Stuck in Safe Mode Login Screen with no options

You should be able to use one of the options in the Tutorial below to start Windows back in Normal Mode [ You might have already seen this and tried it! ] . . .

Another option might be to Boot into a Win PE USB and connect to the Internet if you think that might fix it.

My computer is stuck before login in in safe mode,it doesn't recognize my pin or password, I tried shift restart the trouble shoot etc even window +U and type from the desktop keyboard nothing works

how can I bypass the password or restart in normal login???
