Windows 10: I'm stuck in the Sign in on Windows 11. Can someone please help?

My PC arrived today. And I set it up and turned it on. I got in just fine and even downloaded a few games on Steam. But during that I never made a pin or password to sign into Windows 11, I just put my name down. Later I accidentally flipped off the power strip my PC was plugged into shutting the whole thing off. I turned it back on and it loaded just fine but I got stuck on the Sign in screen. Everytime I clicked it wouldn't load windows up. I tried Safe booting it and whenever I do so it just goes back to that infinite sign in screen. I've reset my PC of course. I've went to Recovery environ

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

What happens when you try to sign to Windows Store?

Please give us the complete error message if any.

For Windows store issue you may refer the following suggestion:

I would suggest you to refer to the following steps:

• 
  Press Windows +R Keys to open Run command
  
• 
  Type wsreset.exe and hit enter
  

Now, try to open store and see if that helps.
