Windows 10: I'm stuck in Windows 10 version 1909 with a bevy of errors

I've been stuck in version 1909 for ages without updates working. For a while it would ask me to restart to update multiple times a day. I did a "Fresh Start" of Windows to no avail. But that did stop the problem of it constantly requiring me to restart. I installed a 3rd party anti-virus and called it a day. This morning 11/16 while I was using my PC for some time, I began getting BSOD every 5 - 15 minutes of use. I eventually discovered it was my 3rd party security causing the crashes. I uninstalled it and the crashing stopped, but now I am left incredibly vulnerable with no security progr

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Windows 10, version 1909 update stuck at 91%

Windows 10, version 1909 update stuck at 91%. Tried several times.

• 64 bit

Keeps erroring on Installation - gets about 20% through and then errors with the above message.

Anyone got any ideas?
