Windows 10: Im stuck in windows troubleshooting menu and I dont know what to do

Hello,I have recently ran into a problem where i tried to install the latest hp graphics drivers until the screen went black. The computer was working but not the display. Then i tried to trouble shoot and I became stuck in that trouble shooting menu without being able to go back. I had to enter my bitlock but i dont know about even though i went to my account to see if it was there, there wasn't i tried to press everything in the troubleshooting meu but none of them worked and all of them said error or couldn't complete it. I treid to restart my laptop but I couldn't and it said there was a p

Feature suggestion: Add right-click menu

Suggestion: Please add a Windows 7 Jump-List and/or right-click menu to the GPU-Z icon in the Windows taskbar. Possible menus in it would be "Exit" and "About GPU-Z...".
Maybe also "Switch to tab 1/Switch to tab 2/Switch to videocard 1/Switch to videocard 2" too.
Examples of programs that have such menus are ICQ, Skype, AIM.

NOTE: It seems for a right-click menu, Windows 7 is not needed - it works on WinXP and Vista too.
But even a Windows 7 Jump-list may be good enough.
What do you think?

 

No restart button in task manager

another easy way to kill tasks, download and install Winaero Tweaker(free) and theres a setting to add a Kill non responding tasks using the desktop right click menu. When you place your cursor on the desktop anywhere and right click the option is at the top of the list, Very handy and you dont have to go through all those steps and well Winaero Tweaker has alot of cool Windows tweaks. Just posting a different suggestion, Im sure your ok with what was suggested here.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
