    I'm stuck with windows version 1809


    I'm stuck with windows version 1809 because every time I try to update to version 1909, which is the latest version my windows shows me I get a black screen and a cursor with no way to fix it but reinstaling the old version again. It has been like this since the update came out. All the normal ways to fix this problem include opening the task manager which is not openingSo I want to ask is it possible to skip windows 1909 to get a newer version which may work because it seems that there is no other way to fix this or a way to fix the black screen without using the task manager
