Windows 10: I'm tired of the loss of options! I want to download my photos to a USB. Why can't I?

Hello Microsoft community, I am becoming more & more incensed with the loss of freedom. The Big Techs are removing our options to where we cannot omit them from our privacy. They are dictating the terms! Now, with Microsoft, same drum beating! I want to send my photos to a USB! I have tried to do this BUT! Microsoft says there's no room to put it where I wanted it. Now when I change the location from C/ to D/, it stops functioning. I am sick of MY STUFF being in the cloud. I hate the cloud! Give me the ability to save it where I want it! I despise all big tech. You are a menace to society.

Pentium M

Not sure what I'm looking at. Though when I do go to Options and then CPU it lists my CPU
as Intel Pentium M processor 1.73 GHz, and then under that it lists speed: 799.9 MHz
and then features and cache size.I ran the benchmark test and don't understand all
those numbers, but while testing I checked CPUZ and it still says it is running at 800 MHz.

I have followed the steps but "Import/Export photos doesn't appear in the dropdown list. Since this is the first time I am downloading into this computer with Windows 10 it was suggested that I need to load new drivers but I can't seem to find them.

I suggest you to Run Hardware and device Troubleshooter.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your devices. Refer these steps:

  Press Windows key +X, select Control panel.
  
• 
  Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons.
  
• 
  Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel.
  
• 
  Run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter.
  

Method 2.Try updating the latest USB devices from the manufacturer's website and check if the issue persists.

Follow the steps to update the USB drivers:

a. Press Windows key + X key and click Device Manager.

b. Expand the USB driver.

c. Right-click on the USB and click on Update driver software.

d. Restart the computer and check.
