  1. I'm trying to download an app, yet there is no movement in the progress circle.

My account has already been charged, and I don't know what to do. I tried installing Minecraft Java edition, and paid the $49.95 off of Microsoft Store. After I bought it, everything was normal, yet it has been over 30 minutes since the purchase and the "installing" circle still hasn't moved an inch. I don't want to risk uninstalling and re-installing it, as it might charge me another $50 for an app I already paid for. What do I do???

    :)

  3. Download of Windows 10 "In Progress" for a week with no progress

My Windows 10 upgrade has been sitting saying that the the download has been "In Progress" for a week, but there has been no movement as of yet (below). When I click on "View Download Progress" the window minimizes itself and nothing occurs.

Windows 10 Apps from the store wont download

    Hi Sumon,

Sorry for the delay in response.

    • Do you face this issue only with these apps?
    • Did you try downloading other apps?
    • Did you try stopping these apps and then downloading it again?
We would suggest you to try the steps mentioned in the link

    • Type troubleshooting in the search
      box
      and hit Enter.
    • Click View all from the left pane and select Windows store apps.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions and check.
If the steps don't work try these steps:

Try to reset the Windows store and check.
    • Press Win + R on the keyboard to open run Window.
    • Type wsreset.exe to reset the Windows store cache.
    Hope this information helps.
