Windows 10: I’m trying to download Netflix and it’s saying I already have it but no where to be found...

I don’t know how to fix this issue.

There could be a number of factors as to why you are having issues launching the Netflix app. This could be caused by a software conflict or due to an issue with the application itself.

I suggest that you reset your Netflix application by following the steps provided below:

• Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & Features.
  
• Click the Netflix app from the list and then choose Advanced options.
  
• Click Reset.

If the issue persists, you can consider uninstalling and reinstalling the device. To uninstall, follow these steps:

• Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & Features.
  
• Click the Netflix app from the list and then choose Uninstall.

There's a possibility that the firewall or antivirus software on your computer is blocking the access to Netflix, we suggest disabling it first before connecting to Netflix. Follow these steps:

• Close the Netflix app.
• Turn off the firewall and antivirus software on your computer.
• Now, launch the Netflix app.
• Once it's connected to Netflix, turn back on the firewall and antivirus software on your computer.
• You should be able to access Netflix now.

Cannot download content from Netflix for offline use.

I encountered the same error, and found help on the Netflix website.

Signing out and back in fixed it for me.

Netflix says 'There was a problem with this download. (VC2-W800A138F)'


If you see a message that says

Switch Netflix profiles

• From the Netflix app, tap or click the Menu icon in the upper left or upper right corner.
• Tap or click the Switch Profiles icon

• Select a different Netflix profile.
  • If you do not have another profile, select Add Profile to add one.
• Once the profile has finished loading, tap or click the Switch Profiles icon again and select your original profile.
• Attempt to download your desired TV show or movie again.

Sign out of Netflix

• From the Netflix app, select More Options icon in the top right.
  
• Select Sign Out.
• Select Sign Out again to confirm.
• Sign back in and try Netflix again.
