Windows 10: I'm trying to find an answer to the problem

I wanted to ask a question to see if anyone has an answer or at least a suggestion well, my computer stopped working each time I try to use it starts by turning on and then saying administer in the windows background, and then after that, it says loading after that it says failed to install windows restart the download and the last thing it does it turns all blue then restarts the same cycle. From bingus.

No, this is not caused by virus, but it could be related to phone hardware, steps listed will help you establish the root of the issue.

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

 

Pentium M

Not sure what I'm looking at. Though when I do go to Options and then CPU it lists my CPU
as Intel Pentium M processor 1.73 GHz, and then under that it lists speed: 799.9 MHz
and then features and cache size.I ran the benchmark test and don't understand all
those numbers, but while testing I checked CPUZ and it still says it is running at 800 MHz.
