Windows 10: I'm trying to fix my own machine and its absurdly difficult

I've spent hours trying to fix my video card drivers and finding that I cannot remove the old versions easily. I went through hours and hours of work, tried to get help from an agent, who was completely useless, and went through a painstaking task of changing permissions to delete troublesome files, except none of it worked.


Ok fine, I give up. I'll reinstall windows...


NOPE! I CAN'T! I've tried resetting, making a flash installer, and IT KEEPS RESTORING MY OLD VERSION OF WINDOWS BECAUSE FAILS AND ERRORS. WHY IS THIS SO HARD?


I swear to god, I'd switch to Apple in a heartbeat if I could have the same software access that a Windows Machine gets...


Which brings me to the whole point, I HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO MAKE MY MACHINE WORK WITH WINDOWS. This is totally a monopoly and total bull. Windows 10 has been a joke and impossible to fix when broken, but I can't find a different product on the market because there is no other matching product.

This post should be asking for help some competent troubleshooters, but I'm fairly confident that I'm going to get a 'huh, weird' reaction and become even more infuriated.

Programs not working


In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

 

Pentium M

Not sure what I'm looking at. Though when I do go to Options and then CPU it lists my CPU
as Intel Pentium M processor 1.73 GHz, and then under that it lists speed: 799.9 MHz
and then features and cache size.I ran the benchmark test and don't understand all
those numbers, but while testing I checked CPUZ and it still says it is running at 800 MHz.

 

2 x SSD Raid 0 - is this right?
