Hot key mode in bios system configuation

Trying to unlock function keys. Told to go to hot key mode in bios system configuration. No such line item Where is now location for hot key mode? Windows 10

 

Enable Action Keys not working in BIOS

Before i could "Enable Action Keys" in system configuration in BIOS. But now when i restored my computer to factory settings. It remove "Enable Action Keys" which makes me when i press f1 it opens up the browser and asking if i need help in windows 10.
I went back to BIOS and enable action keys and it doesn't work. I still need to press fn + a function keys and it's driving me nuts. please help!

I understand that you are facing an issue with the notifications from the action center regarding the apps.

I would suggest you some steps which you can try resolving this issue.
Follow the below steps and check if issue resolves.

• press Windows + I key and select System.
• left pane select the Notifications.
• select the Money app and Turn OFF the notifications for it.

Note: You can also turn off the notifications for all the apps related to stock market in the same way.
