Can't find Disney+ in the Microsoft Store App

I'm Jen. I'm an independent advisor and would happily help you figure this out.

You should be able to use Disney Plus in your country since it's listed as supported. I suggest checking for pending Windows updates and then installing them but if the issue persists, you can follow the steps in the link below on how to reset the Microsoft Store.

Unfortunately the app in the MS Store is only available for Xbox:

However there is a way to install the Chromium app in the Edge browser explained here:
