Windows 10: im trying to install windows 8 but cant find a iso Anyware

Discus and support im trying to install windows 8 but cant find a iso Anyware in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; if you're wondering why i need windows 8 it's because my laptop had windows 8 but i upgraded it to windows 8.1 and my laptop didn't like it and crashed...     if you're wondering why i need windows 8 it's because my laptop had windows 8 but i upgraded it to windows 8.1 and my laptop didn't like it and crashed a lot so I'm trying to downgrade it back

    Windows 8 went out of support in 2016.

    Windows 8.1 goes out of support this month.

    Besides that, Microsoft no longer offers a Windows 8 ISO download.

    And we can not recommend anywhere safe on the Net to download it from.

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
