Windows 10: I'm trying to recover my old e-mail ending in msn.com.

I can't recover my old MSN. COM e-mail. I've tried using the Recovery Page--but they always state they don't have enough info. Also when the Recovery Page asksto send the info to me by text--they can't because when I sent up account 15 years ago I put my Land Line Phone number--which can't do texting. And since I can't get into my account-I can't change my phone number to a cell number. There is no customer Service chat or e-mail or phone number at msn or Microsoft to explain what is happening. They just have an automatic message telling me to use Recovery Page.

I am unable to access my MSN e mails

Hi

I transferred it by transferring the data from the old i phone to the new i phone. Then once the new i phone was set up it asked me for a password for my MSN e mail which i did not know as i was accessing my msn e mails directly prior to this through my phone. I unfortunately had my old mobile number for msn and although i have done everything possible to recover the account online it still wont allow me access to my e mails and i have had the same e mail address for the last 23 years.

I have this morning spoken to Microsoft and they have said there is no way to access my e mail address other than if i had the old mobile number to send the access code but there is no way of this being a possibility. I was using the inbuilt app on my phone to access my e mails.

MSN E-mail

I used to have some of my flagged and pinned e-mails hidden. MSN made a chanage and now that all flagged and pinned e-mail show up. Is there any way I hide some of my flagged and pinned e-mails.

Update: Also, the flagged and pinned e-mails would not be marked for deletion when I clicked on the mass deletion box. I want to do a mass deletion without marking the flagged and pinned e-mails. Are my problems a result of the MSN upgrade and thus no way
for the problems to be resolved unless MSN fixes the software?

 

Tranferring e-mail folders on MSN XP to Windows 10 e-mail folders

I still maintain the old msn for e-mai folders which contain e-mails. How do I transfer all the stored e-mails within the folders to Windows 10 e-mail folders?
