Windows 10: I'm trying to remove a keyboard layout and it keeps on coming back.

Hello,I live in Italy and the first built my pc to use both UK QWERTY and the keyboard Italian layout. for context I have a English QWERTY keyboardI have tried to remove the Italian layout but it keeps on coming back.I have redownloaded the Italian layout to delete it again but it still came back.I have tried to change my country or region from Italy to UK but that didn't help.And for some reason it doesn't show up in settings under preferred languages so i can manually remove it.Is this common? or am I doing something wrong?I can't seem to get past this and all the advice I have gotten is j

i tried the steps in that post. I will list everything that I tried here:

Removing any other language pack, installing the language pack of the keyboard layout that I wanna remove and then remove it

install the keyboard layout and try to remove it

delete it in regedit

these administrator settings.

nothing seems to be working, might it be that my region is set to Germany?

Hi, For some unknown reasons I have this african (???) keyboard layout added to the keyboard switcher list. I don't want it. How can I remove it? Thanks! EDIT: To clarify this: I have never added this layout, and it is not present in the list at the settings pane.
