    Extra+ information question marked as answered issue when it wasn't.

    I got a question posted and it was marked as answered but it wasn't. A Microsoft survey email came and I open it to do the survey. Then I noticed my question I posted was marked as answered when it wasn't by Karolina M. I would like that to be marked as
    unanswered because what that person suggested me to do didn't answer nor solve my issue.
