Windows 10: I'm trying to upgrade my win7 ultimate to win10

Discus and support I'm trying to upgrade my win7 ultimate to win10 in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; I've been trying to update my Windows 7 to 10 for more than a day and when I click to run the update I get the error "0x80072F8F- 0x20000"...     Currently running Win7 Ultimate: Will the upgrade to Win10 provide equal content/version as I have on Win7 Ultimate, or will I have to pay to add those features?

    Installing Win7 Ultimate Over Win10 Home to get Pro

    Hello,

    I'm about to purchase a laptop that comes with the Win10 Home pre-installed.

    I do, however still own a license of Win7 Ultimate, so I should be entitled to Win10 Pro after upgrading.

    Is it therefore possible for me to over-write the pre-installed Win10 Home with my Win7 Ultimate first (clean install), and then perform an upgrade, which would grant me Win10 Pro?

    I still have Win7 Ultimate product key. Upgraded to Win10 Pro for free. The computer OS got corrupted so I bought a new computer that came with Win10 Home. How can I upgrade the new computer to Win10 Pro?
