Windows 10: im trying to upgrade to windows11

Discus and support im trying to upgrade to windows11 in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; im trying to upgrade to windows 11 and i reset my laptop and i cannt download any thing throw google and i used to be able to download stuff before but...     im trying to upgrade to windows 11 and i reset my laptop and i cannt download any thing throw google and i used to be able to download stuff before but now i cannt i am wanting to know why

    got a new job, means i get enough cash to upgrade *Big Grin im trying to upgrade to windows11 :D
    this is my list

    CPU: Intel Xeon W5590
    GPU: SAPPHIRE HD 7970 3gb

    SSD: Sandisk Solid State Drive 64GB
    PCi-e SSD: OCZ RevoDrive 3 series RVD3-FHPX4-240G PCI-E MLC Solid State Drive SSD

    anny other suggestions for my system? *Big Grin im trying to upgrade to windows11 :D

    windows11 upgrade from windows 10

    everything is good to go except the CPU says it is not supported for windows11 upgrade!!! ... i have a Intel i7-7700 HQ running 2.8GHz with 4 processors.... it is listed in one of the listing - why cant this machine get upgraded? this is ridiculous
