Windows 10: I'm unable to delete my Family Group or remove myself or my children from it.

I tried setting up a Family Safety group, with myself and my two children. It's been one of the worst Microsoft experiences I've experienced. On my Windows 11 machine, I, the group organizer is blocked from running many programs due to Microsoft Family Features saying I need permissions.I've tried multiple things including updating to the latest version of Windows 11 22H2 and deleting C:\Windows\System32\AppLockerSo now I just want to delete my Family Safety group.I've tried with both the Windows Family Safety App as well as the family.microsoft.com websiteBut when I try to remove either one

Family Safety weekly report being CC'd to my children

Hi,

As the information of Family Safety Report are going to children by default, we would like you to do a refresh on the child account and see if the issue persists.

To remove/re-add a child account, please follow the steps below:

1. Sign in to Family Safety using the parent account.

2. Click Manage list of Family Members.

3. Select the child account, and then click Remove. Click Remove to confirm.

After troubleshooting, we would suggest you to add the children account. The reports will not be CC to children.

Unable to remove a child from Family Group

I'm Jen, I'm also an Outlook user just like you. I'm not working for Microsoft but I'd be happy to help you figure this out.

I understand you're unable to remove an account from your Microsoft family group. Based on the error you encountered, it looks like the consent to the account was given by a different adult/organizer. To remove the account, you must remove the consent first using the organizer account that granted it. For the steps, I shared the support page below. Please refer to the "Remove a family member from group" section and check step 4.

someone has added to family members group and I cant remove

Someone has added to family members group and I can't remove - not someone i recognise or have tried to add myself. I go to remove member but it asks to change consent which it wont let me as they seem to be listed as a child.

I follow the steps to page and get this message..

Then once I click on the above it takes me back to the overall settings page.
