Windows 10: I'm unable to download English United Kingdom Handwriting pack as there is no option to do...

I'm unable to download the English United Kingdom Handwriting pack as there is no option to do this. But this is an option for for English United States. Please help?

Handwriting Pack not available for English (United Kingdom)

Hi,

I cannot find a way to install the handwriting pack for English (United Kingdom). As you can see in the screenshot below, I have the handwriting pack for United States - just not the UK. Can anybody advise how I can possibly download/install this? I am running Windows 10 Enterprise Version 20H2 OS build 19042.1826

Region & Language does not show the English United States pack anywhere.





Powershell also does not show the English United States pack.
