Windows 10: I'm unable to read the product key on the back of the new card I just purchased, the...

I'm unable to read the product key that work purchased for me on the back of the new card. The letters came off with the grey sticker, going around in circles, starting to scream.

No product key after Windows 10 purchase

• How did you upgrade to windows 10?
• Have you done clean install?
• Are you getting any error message?
• From where have you purchased the Windows 10?

If you have purchased from online Microsoft store or any store I suggest you to contact them for the product key.

On the Activation page in the Settings App, is it reported you are currently running Windows 10 Pro?

If so, is the product key you purchased a full Retail Windows Pro key, and if so, where did you purchase that product key form, was that from Microsoft or from a 3rd party retailer?

If that was from a 3rd party retailer, how much did you pay for that product key, was it much cheaper than Microsoft charge for the same product?
