Windows 10: I'm unable to receive emails from Amazon

I am trying to change my password for my Amazon account but OTP not getting through on emails

Email sent to Amazon not received by Amazon

Emails that I send to Amazon via Windows Mail, usually in reply to an email they have sent to me are not received by Amazon. The same problem occurs when I reply to Amazon directly via the same account but by using Google mail on line. I have spoken with
Amazon about this several times and they say the problem is not with them. I never used to have this problem.

I have no problems receiving or sending emails to anyone else and emails sent to me from Amazon are received OK.

However, emails that I send to Amazon via my i-phone ARE received by Amazon (ie when I am not using Google Mail).

Help anyone?

• How are you accessing your emails on your computer? (Browser/email client)
  
• Do you receive an error message/code?
  
• Were you able to receive emails earlier?
  

If you are using Windows Mail app to check your emails, you may want to refer the steps mentioned in the article

No emails received

Windows home version 22H2.64bit.Firefox 109.0.1. My email address has not received a single email in 3 days,it is a hotmail.com address in Outlook, my other email address is working ok and I usually get the same emails in both.I did send a test email from the other to hotmail.com and it worked.Any suggestions?
