    Help! m.2 nvme drive not showing up in disk management or BIOS

    Hi everyone,

    I need some help figuring out why my new m.2 ssd Samsung 990 Pro 1Tb is not showing up in disk management or bios. My pc specs are:

    AMD Ryzen 7 2700X Eight-Core Processor

    NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660Ti

    16gb DDR4 Ram

    256gb ssd (2.5 slot)

    1tb HDD

    ASRock B450 Steel Legend

    When I put the new SSD on my motherboard it's not showing up in the bios or disk management. I tried switching between M.2 slots but that doesn't make a difference. I've tried on another pc and the ssd shows up fine. I've also used a Lexar 1Tb m.2 ssd in the past and that worked fine and I just tested it again and it was showing up fine.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance!!!

    Unfortunately, I couldn't find USB driver updates nor updates in general for the specific motherboard I purchased (ASRock B450 Steel Legend.) But thank you for the suggestion! If I just made a mistake and it is available on the site, then I apologize.
