Hi thereI'm using windows 10 Pro, and recently it's started locking me out, so I have to enter my password to sign back in to my account even when I am typing/using the mouse. It seems fairly random and happens a lot though I have no timed intervals so far, as not had chance. For past several years worked fine . My screen has always been set to turn off after 10 mins of no activity and that has worked fine.But as of the past 2 weeks it does this even when I am typing, or moving the mouse so I can finish typing a sentence, I look up and see that I am locked out and then I have to back sign in a

DVD Burner started locking up recently

ok I cleaned it and it's not locking the computer up now, but it still doesn't recognize when theres a cd/ dvd in the drive... any next step to rectify that problem? lol...

 

Can't upgrade from Windows 10 Home to Pro

I suggest you to download and create an installation media for Windows 10 Pro form the link provided below:

Download Windows 10

After the installation media is created, suggest you to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro from the installation media. When the upgrade asks for product key, enter the product key purchased for Windows 10 Pro. If it does not accept, suggest you to skip the activation
step. After the Operating System is installed, suggest you to activate by phone by following the steps below:

• Press “Windows key + R” and type “slui 4” and press Enter.
• Select the Region from the list and click Next.
• Call the Toll-Free number provided on top and can activate via phone.
