Windows 10: I'm very confused about PC's administrator's USER name vs. Microsoft 360/outlook account name?

I've used hotmail for my email for a long time. Windows 10 did not ask me to log in to my microsoft account until windows 10 being out for a while. When windows 10 was updated, I could choose to sync with outlook or not. My PC's administrator's USER name stayed the same.On the contrary, I have a new PC with windows11. At first I created a USER name already. However, I was asked to provide my microsoft account name and email address to log in, which i did. Then, Whenever I turn the PC on, my created user name was GONE. Instead, my microsoft account as how I use for my email address becom

Well, I know what I would do.

Under Settings, Accounts, Family & other users, then under Other users, add someone else to this PC. Then click the link for "the person I want to add doesn't have an email address". Then click the link for "Add a user without a Microsoft account". Then enter a temporary user name like TempAdmin. When the account appears in the Other Users list, click on it. Click change account type. Make the temporary account an Administrator.

Log in as the temporary administrator account, and copy all the files you want to keep from both the Andrius folders under Users to the temporary account's folder. Then delete whatever Andrius users are listed under settings, accounts. Go back to the Users folders and delete any remaining Andrius folders in there. Reboot the computer, log in as the temporary administrator and recreate an Andrius account using the exact same steps you made the temporary account - you can convert it to a Microsoft account if you want later.

Then do the rest of the steps to copy all your files back and delete the temporary administrator account.

Ok, let's review.

• Your Microsoft account aliases do not have the len address listed.
• Your Microsoft account name online is correct.
• You have a local account on the PC with the len address shown under "Your info".

I'm pretty sure you are signed in to an app with the len address, and is why you are seeing this.

Windows User name for administrator

If you wish to rename the Administrator account, you must first be logged on as the administrator to change the account name. Here are the steps on how to change the account username.

Method 1: Change Local user account name.

• Press Windows key + R > type netplwiz
  > OK.
• The User Accounts window will pop up, click User tab, then select the account that you'd like to change the name >
  Properties.
• On the General tab, enter the your desired user name >
  Apply > OK.
• Restart your computer.

Method 2: Change the user account if you're using a Microsoft account.

• Go to Settings.
• Select Accounts > Your Info.
• Click Manage my Microsoft account. This will take you to Microsoft account settings page.
• Select Edit name, then change the first and last name , and click
  Save.
• Restart your computer.
