Windows 10: im worried if santivirus is still present in my device....pls give me some advice....

so i had santivirus realtime protection lite....it wasnt installed with my knowlege but i tried to uninstall it from control panel but it wont work....i forgot about it for like 2 years...i also updated windows 10 to 11......and now when i checked again it wasnt there in the control panel....i thought it may have uninstalled but when i scanned my device with avast it showed a few files with the name santivirus....so i checked digital communications in program files and it had 1 folder named "SAntivirus".....i opened it and there were a lot of other files...i tried to open santivirusuninstall

Microsoft software does not uninstall SAntivirus. SAntivirus is not wanted. Will not go away. Computerized reply is sub-standard. Surely, the experts can solve it.
