Windows 10: Image blurring in previews and some programs

Hello there, so I've noticed an issue that occurs when I preview some of the PNG files I have of a logo. It also happens on some programs such as photoshop according to a friend when he was trying to use the image. It almost blurs or distorts, but I don't really know how to describe it, so look for yourself.This is what the image itself actually looks likeAnd this is what I'm talking about

Want same background image and lock screen image on Windows 10 - problem

I tried your suggestion but is didn't work unfortunately. When I am in settings and I look at my Lock Screen image it is clear as a bell, but when I preview the Background image it is blurred and I don't seem to be able to copy the Lock Screen image to
the Background! I keep reselecting it from the pictures but it's still blurred and out of focus.

To assist you better, I would like to know the file format of the image that you would like to see in preview pane.

If the preview pane doesn’t appear, I suggest you to follow the steps and check if that helps to resolve the issue.

  Open the folder where the images are located.
  
• 
  Click on View option at the top and choose
  Preview pane.
  
• 
  Now you will be able to see the images on the Preview pane.

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
