Windows 10: Image creator message lot of visitors right now try later

Only found this programme today after reccomendations from friend yet keep getting message lot of visitors right now, if I uninstall and lot on again it will let me create one image and then it's back to same message in 6 hours it's met me on probably 4 times yet it can't be that busy as friend is using it no issues so why do I keep getting that yellow box message

images: for ppl that use lots of image apps

image app/site where you can it takes 2 images and auto-puts them side by side into 1 image

there was an image app a long time ago that does this, i've no idea what the name was tho
maybe there's something that is current & better

minimal requiremetns

1. should take a few steps (2 or so steps) just like that prevous app/site
2. app/site needs to have a specfiic feature specifically for this
3. should be free ofc for such a simple thing

since many ppl dont use many image apps, this may be a hard find

I've posted your Visitor Message you sent me this morning (5:00 a.m - 4/13/2017) in order to better work with it. It's difficult, if not nearly impossible, to respond effectively using Visitor Messages, or PM's. Hope you don't mind. Here is the text of your message:

To answer your question, or try to, if you got the ISO for the Creators Update, I would strongly recommend to make a bootable media, thumb or DVD, and do a clean install.....NOT update your system as it is. Clean install. Copy all your personal data (files, pics, vids, etc.) onto an external media of your choice and disconnect it. Then do a complete clean install following the instructions in this tutorial. When doing the Clean Install, delete every partition on the drive, ALL of them, until you have one big un-allocated partition. That is where you want to install, on the big un-allocated. Windows will create all the partitions it needs. When all done and activated, back it up so you have a "virgin" clean OS to fall back on if needed. Then, copy all your personal data back onto the drive and install any apps/progs you need. Please ask if you have any questions at all about the procedure. There are many members here who have done this a number of times, and are very familiar with the process.

[HELP]Image recovery issues

Guys i am trying to fix my cousins Asus Eee netbook. It has a backup image file that is partitioned on the hard drive but when I go to use it the app will run through a few steps and stop. It is running Vista . Any suggestions?
