    Replacement for photo viewer

I just use the Photos app for a quick view, otherwise I use Adobe Lightroom to view and edit photos.

Image rotates after viewing in Windows Photo Viewer

Windows 10 Photo viewer continuously rotates photo.

While viewing and rotating a photo in the Photo viewer using the rotate icon on the app commands bar (Windows 10 on a Surface 3 non-pro), the photo spins continuously. Leaving the photo with the > icon and then returning makes it stop. Has anyone else had
this happen? I was finally able to get it to rotate normally, but how strange!
