Hi Team,I’m writing this email to get resolution from you regarding my issue is that had encrypted my images in windows 10 OS running later changed the OS to Windows 11 now when tried to open images getting the below error. Have tried to decrypt the image but couldn’t be able to do it. It appears that you don’t have permission to view this file. Check the permissions and try again. And other have tried was to disable encryption was going with this path Properties>General>Advanced>Encrypt contents to secure data. An error occurred while applying attributes to this fileEx

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
