Hi i cant get acsess my bitlocker recovery key becouse of login acount proplem to my microsoft acount. Microsoft want to Send a verifikation code to phone as SMS .I have no longer acsess that number and dont want to wait a mounth to send a code to new phone number to as SMS my acount is locted tempurary.notelease help i need acsess my pc imergency need for bitlocker recovery key regard..

What puzzles me is why the Bitlocker recovery key is not listed on the microsoft account, but there is a recovery key listed there for a computer I do not recognise.

I have several laptops but only the HP Envy has had Bitlocker on it. So what key is this on my account? And why isn't the Envy key there?
