Windows 10: Important Notice: A Keyboard Shortcut MUST BE Remapped!

Alt+Space has a default function. BUT... Copilot wants to use it to open Quick view its mini 'chat' window. And, in a future version of Copilot, holding Alt+Space down will give a "Push to talk" feature. The caveat here is, since the shortcut has a default function, it MUST BE remapped, so it is made available to be used by Copilot. Microsoft, Windows, Copilot, nobody tells Users this. I am running windows 7. I run Microsoft security essentials

I downloaded en.softonic.com to remap my keyboard

I notice pop up adds every day now

#1) was that a bad idea? Can that company steal my IDs and passwords when I do keystrokes?

#2) if I remove that sofware, is there a way to accomplish the remap uthrough MICROSOFT?

Kindly follow the steps I mentioned below. By following these steps, you can customize the keyboard layout:

Open the "Settings" app on your computer. You can do this by clicking on the "Start" button and selecting the gear icon, or by pressing the "Windows" key and typing "Settings" and then selecting it from the search results.

In the Settings app, click on "Time & Language."

Select "Language" from the left-hand menu.

Under the "Preferred languages" section, click on the language you want to remap the keyboard for (in this case, Kashmiri).

Click on the "Options" button next to the language.

Scroll down to the "Keyboards" section and click on "Add a keyboard."

Look for the keyboard layout that best matches the current layout you're using for typing in Kashmiri. If you don't find a suitable layout, you can click on "Add a keyboard" again and select a different layout.

Once you've added the desired keyboard layout, click on the "Options" button next to it.

Under the "Keyboards" section, click on the "Add a keyboard" button and choose the layout you want to remap to.

After adding the new keyboard layout, click on the original layout that you want to remap from and select "Remove."

Finally, close the Settings app, and your keyboard layout should be remapped according to your preferences.

Virtual desktop switching shortcut remapping.

I remapped ctrl + win + left/right to alt + left/right key using powertoys keyboard manager but the window focus does not work for the new shortcut, is there any way to solve this problem?
