Windows 10: Important programs will not open for me anymore

I have been having this problem for a few days now… so I haven’t been using my computer for a while and when I try to finally do, none of my main applications or services will work for me; only a few work. But main programs i need like take manager, restore, services, and the quick assist program won’t open for me at all! I always seem to get a pop-up saying this: This is not my screenshot but it’s basically the same message I getI restarted my pc, did updates, and shut it down. None to avail.So I even try to run it as administrator, but I still get the same error message box. This is n

Please give steps to open the paths to Program Files

If you want to open File Explorer to your C: drive without any registry tweaks, you'll need to do so from a shortcut you create.

1. Open File Explorer to This PC.
2. Right-click Winndows (C and select Create Shortcut:

importing photos

Thank you for clearing that out. It looks like you are importing the files using the Photos app. When you import photos using this app, the files get imported into your Pictures library. To view these files, refer to these steps:

• Open File Explorer.
• On the list of folders on the left side of the window, click on Pictures. You shall see the photos imported from the SD card using the Photos app.

Another option you have is to import the files solely using File Explorer. Here's how you can do it:

• Connect the SD card into the computer.
• Launch File Explorer.
• Click on This PC.
• Locate your SD card under Devices and drives.
• Double-click on the SD card.
• Manually choose which photos to move into your local folders. Right-click on each photo and choose
  Copy (Ctrl + C) then go to the destination folder then right-click on an empty space in the window and select
  Paste (Ctrl + V).
• If you are importing all the photos, you can press Ctrl + A on the keyboard to select all of the files. Copy then Paste them into the destination folder.
• If you are importing selective photos, hold the Ctrl key while clicking on the photos you want to copy. This will let you choose a number of photos instead of selecting all of them like what Step 7 suggests.

Once you're able to get the hang of the tricks, importing photos will not be a challenge anymore.

Is the phone not recognized or is it not importing the pictures automatically?

Is Nokia PC suite installed in your PC? Is that not recognizing the phone as well?

I would suggest you to open device manager and check if the device is listed in the device manager. Right click on the start button and click on Device manager. Check if the device is listed there . If it is listed, right click on the entry and click update
driver. If the device is not listed, check if the device is listed under other categories. I would also suggest you to click on the 'View' menu button and click on "show hidden devices' and check if you find any entries related to your phone. Try these steps
