    yahoo mail on n8 stopped

Yahoo! seems to be experiencing even more trouble than usual ...

The latest December 2013 and January 2014 Yahoo! outages have not affected my Ovi account, using the standard mail.ovi.com servers on IMAP - but then again, I never confirmed anything on the Yahoo! website, no login seals or other security measures they
implemented over the past 3 years, just using it as IMAP/SMTP on my N8.

This is my personal opinion, not that of Ten Forums:
As I have been telling individuals for quite some time now,
Get rid of your Yahoo accounts, just get rid of them.
Yahoo is one of the most unsecure sites/accounts one can have for years now.
Get yourselves a Microsoft account(use aliases where you can), or a Google account, these two take security seriously, and not put eyecandy over security.

I got rid of it few years back, it sat unused for quite some time before that anyway. Didn't have any personal data in it.

Last time I sign in with my Yahoo account was 3 years ago. I don't think my account is still active!
