Windows 10: Imported photos in the App display on PC but most recent last 30 days do not display when...

Historically, I have always been able to upload photos from my I phone to my Windows 11 photo app. These same photos have easily "attached" to email when I am sending them to family. However, over the last 45 days or so recently uploaded photos do not visually display when I access photos to add as an attachment to an email. The photos are in the app, but when using the 'attachment' icon in my email software, they do not appear. Pictures added prior to the 45 days still appear and can be attached. This issue seems to have cropped up after the multiple Microsoft patches over the past month o

Win 10 Photo App Slide show displays only 30 photos

When I run a slideshow of my photos, only the first 30 are displayed, before the app goes back to photo #1.

The Display time for each photo is also very short.

How can I :

a) Display MORE THAN 30 photos in slide Show mode?

b) Change the Display time for photos ( eg. for 2 to 4 seconds)

Thank you for your interest in Windows 10.

I suggest you to remove and re-add the photos folder from Photo app. Follow the steps below:

• 
  Open Photos App.
  
• 
  Click on Settings.
  
• 
  Under Sources click on the X mark next to the folder location listed to delete the location from Photos App.
  
• 
  Once done try to re-add the folder by clicking on Add a Folder.
  
• 
  Restart the computer and check if issue persists.

SlideShow in Photos app does not display more that 30 photos

Hi

I have upgraded to windows 10 from 8.1, everything seems to work fine so far except slide show in photo app (photo viewer) that come along with windows 10.

The slide show starts but only limits the display of photos to maximum 30 photos, even if the folder has more photos the slide show never go beyond 30 and start again from first...

I have tried few online suggestions from Microsoft community such as running updates as well as running following commands in cmd

sfc /scannow

dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
and also running online trouble shooter, the issue still persist.

How do I resolve it.
