Windows 10: Imported Pics and Vids won’t load

Discus and support Imported Pics and Vids won’t load in Windows 10 Ask Insider to solve the problem; I uploaded all the important photos and videos from my iPhone.     Imported Pics and Vids won’t load


    I uploaded all the important photos and videos from my iPhone. When I click on the photos the files end in “HEIC” and I get a message that says “we can’t open this file”

    When I click on a video I get a pop up that says I need to purchase and download a HEVC Video Extension.

    I have never had these issues on a previous laptop. Can’t I access my photos as regular JPGs?

    yes friend also uses N95, the pics / vids come in on a text message.

    6120 camera pics and vids

    LOL, almost every two megapixel cameras of nokia are good in daylight. Dave why dont you put some pics and vids on this web page so that a user can see that specially off a guru of this board.
