Windows 10: ImportError: No module named pygame

I 'm a programmer and I make games. I most commonly use pygame. But on VS code it gives me a 'ImportError: No module named pygame' error. The rest of the web says that I'm python 2, but I have python 3.9, the image below for proof:I've Tried running it with Python IDLE and it works, I even used the 'pip freeze' command

After creating new user; ImportError: DLL load failed: The specified module could not be found

Could not create a Python 3 AstroConda environment due to the space in my path name. Running windows 10, created a new user with a name with no space and downloaded anaconda there. My original installation of anaconda then began giving this error:

So I uninstalled both and tried to re-download into my original user. Now I can not even import numpy or matplotlib without getting:

ImportError: DLL load failed: The specified module could not be found.

I have tried everything, have reinstalled Visual C++ Redistributables from Microsoft's website, added the DLLs in anaconda to my environmental variables path and nothing.
Any help would be great, I just want to be able to import without getting this error or know if there is a bigger issue due to the creation of the other user. Thanks!

 

Fault Module Name:_wcescommproxy.dll

My WMDC continually crashes after initial start up. The error report lists
Fault Module Name: wcescommproxy.dll as the problem. I have done multiple uninstalls and reinstalls. I can initially set up my phone and sync and then the next attempt restarts the crash process.
