Windows 10: Impossibile aggiungere membro a Family Safety

buongiorno, ho già scritto questa mattina alla vostra chat, ma il mio problema NON è stato risolto.non riesco ad aggiungere mio figlio come Oganizzatore alla mia Family Safety. Quando mando l'invito e viene accettato, il sistema si blocca e viene dato un errore da parte vostraL'errore è questo:TraceID: +X29PB0N70iqpKah.21.266Se provo dalla vostra app Family Safety su iOS, appare questo errore "NON E' POSSIBILE INVITARE UN MEMBRO DELLA FAMIGLIA". Ma lui non è un membro della famiglia...Potete aiutarmi?
