Windows 10: Impossibilité de conversion en Kanji avec IME japonais nouvellement installée sous Windows11

Après l'installation de IME japonais sous Windows11, un clique droit sur A J, qui remplace FRA dans la barre de tâches, affiche en fond noir "Barre d'outils Désactivé", "Entrée Kana Désactivé", etc. En effet, par exemple, la saisie tentée en Katakana ne s'accompagne pas du soulignage en pointillé et impossible de convertir en Kanji avec la barre d'espace. Je l'ai déjà désinstallé une fois et, après Redémarrage du PC, réinstallé sans résultat. Help, help !!

How to stop auto-converting kana to kanji in IME Japanese

I'm using Windows 10 Home and whenever I try to type kana use Microsoft IME Japanese, it automatically wants to convert it to kanji. Even if I select the hiragana option from the pop-up list it gives me, it will revert this to kanji as soon as I start typing the next word. I've read that I need to turn of live conversion in the preferences, but there is no option for live conversion in any of the tabs of my Microsoft IME settings. There is an option for predictive input, but this is already turned off.

 

Japanese IME kanji guessing

Whenever I use the Microsoft Japanese IME keyboard, it has a little text window where it offers suggestions for what kanji to use. I'd like to turn it off, because I need to study the words in hiragana. Any advice would be great.

 

Can I rebind the IME Kanji key?

I recently bought a japanese keyboard and so far I have been using the Advanced Settings for Microsoft IME to remap the keys to my liking.
However, the "漢字” key (reported as "IME Kanji" by PowerToys) does not show up as an option in the list to remap keys. Even if I press the key it does not register it.
I tried remapping it to F24 using PowerToys and using the IME settings to remap F24, but that does not work either.
Is there another way to remap this key?
(I use the "old" IME btw)
