Windows 10: Impossible to Add a Device in my "My Microsoft Account" if you don't have a Microsoft...

I went in Microsoft Account / Devices and I noticed that my desktop Windows 11 is showing up twice with the same name, etc... I did delete one of the devices and by mistake I deleted the second one as well. I said, not a big deal, there is an "Add Device" button. When you click Add Device it asks for the Serial number. My PC was installed by myself from parts, and does not have a Chassis SN. I wanted to use the Motherboard SN, but this one had underscore symbol, the Microsoft doesn't accept. Then I removed the _ and used the other characters, but guess what, the answer was this: We didn't

Could these other devices be from friends that you may have signed in to your Microsoft account on for something?

Either way, you can remove these devices.

Afterwards to be safe, I would recommend to change the password of your Microsoft account, and enable two-step verification if you haven't already.

I get different reactions every time I try to delete a device, but the result is that I cannot remove the devices.
I'll go back to local accounts and delete the Microsoft account.
I changed to Microsoft account because I wanted to use the Continue on PC feature. This feature doesn't work so I think that I'll just forget about it.
