    Pleased it all worked out in the end.

    That is why I recommended setting the initial partition size very small (20Gb) for the initial install. It prevents such issues and allows you to expand to whatever size you want later.

    You're welcome *Smile (the more clean installs you do, the quicker and more confident you become)

    You should now make a system image of your completed installation, then you can try anything you want safe in the knowledge that you can always restore back to where you started from.

    Its an excellent program and I can thoroughly recommend it, however, having used it for many months I have 'defected' *Smile back to Windows own disk image utility (following a clean install of the latest W10 version) that is included with W10. Macrium never failed me, and neither has Windows.
