Windows 10: Impossible to exclude a credit card linked at my Azure account

When I try to delete my linked credit card, a message appears about a subscription linked to that card, but when I check the subscription, its status is disabled, there is no option to delete this subscription. The other option is to contact support, but like many I researched before here on the platform I always receive an "Access Denied" message .. so I suspect that the Microsoft support sector does not exist.

Credit Card Problem

You are old school as you can just as easily activate a credit card online. Of course they'll be security measures in place to make sure you are you *Wink

• Example: Activate your Bank of America credit card online (Bank of America)

And no, you don't "have to go online" to activate.

link. If that didn't work, kindly retry removing your credit cards after 1-3 days.
