Windows 10: Impossible to update Windows 10

Hello, I have an Acer Aspire E5 575 33BM laptop loaded with Windows 10. Recently I have had the 100% disk usage problem and have suspected it is because my Windows has failed to update since the beginning of 2018. I immediately updated all the available updates except for the 'Feature update to Windows 10, version 1803 x64 2019-05c' which fails to update every time I try. It runs through the normal updating process but after reaching 100% when the update should be finished, it fails to update. I have tried many fixes for the problem, eventually resorting to using the Media Creation Tool to update windows entirely and and upon the windows installation reaching 100% even reinstalling windows fails. I am unsure what to do at this point, thanks for the help.

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
