Windows 10: Impossible unmounting device in use

Hi, I synced 2 disks with FreeFileSync. When finished I tried to remove the 2 disks. One of them won't unmount. I had to shut down the system.

Why these 2 processes was messing with my master file table?

Windows 10 shutdown doesn't unmount despite......

  How exactly you are trying to unmount the drive. Is it through Command prompt or from Disk management?

Please close all the Windows before trying the steps.

  Right-click the mounted drive that you want to remove, and then click
  Change Drive Letter and Paths.
