Windows 10: Improve Home Broadband Internet Speed

In My City i have only 1 Good Internet Service Provider ISP which provides ADSL Broadband Internet Connection. I have Subscribe to Internet Speed Plan @ 8 Mbps. But i am getting very Slow Internet Speed @ 6.44 Mbps. Also want to know SNR Margin Down Stream & SNR Margin Up Stream is perfect or not.

I want you help to improve My Home Broadband Internet Speed. Also want to know what is the Maximun ADSL Broadband Internet Speed across the World.

Improve Internet Speed

Hi, I am using Home Broadband Internet Connection on My Windows 10 Laptop. Nowdays i am getting Slow Internet Speed. I want some tips that can help me increase Home Broadband Internet Speed. Please help.

Getting Slow Internet Speed

I live in Vasai City which located just near India's Financial Center & Metropolitican City
Mumbai. In My Vasai City i have 2 ISP one is the Governemt one i.e "Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL)" & the other is i.e Local Cable Net Operators".
In My City still we don't have provison of Fiber Optic ISP, hence People have to use BSNL ADSL Broadband Internet or Local Cable Net ISP Internet Connection. But if you compare both the ISP, BSNL has Good Services, Faster Internet Speeds, Lower Tarffis, Unlimited
Calls, Broadband Internet Data compared to Local Cable Net ISP. Also BSNL Offers Landline-Broadband under one roof (Combo Plans). BSNL & some Private Telecom Operator's are already in process of launching Bharat Fiber (FTTH) Services. But it will take time
to make Fiber to Home (FTTH) Infrastructure ready. In My Country India Broadband Data Rates are very cheaper. For eg. I use a BSNL Landline-Broadband Combo Plan (Unlimited Calls, Internet Speed @ 8 Mbps utpo 2GB/day & 1 Mbps beyond) & Charges is ₹ (INR) 349
/ $ (USD) 4,91836 / $ (AUD) 7,12590 & Internet Speed i get is 6.33 Mbps.

I had expected that with 8 Mbps Internet Speed i would atleast get Internet Speed upto 7 Mbps, but that's still good. Government is has asked it's own Telecom Operator & Private Telecom Operator / ISP to launch Fiber to Home (FTTH) Services & improve Landline-
ADSL Broadband Services. Like other Country's across the World i expect Good & Faster Internet Speeds.
