Very Poor MS Support for Windows 10 Poor Performance Related to IE11

I'm not sure if you were aware of this: Internet Explorer is no longer being developed. It will receive security updates, but no new features or feature improvements. IE has been succeeded by Microsoft Edge.

IE was kept in Windows 10 for the use of enterprises with custom software that only runs on Internet Explorer. It's there to allow them to keep using their existing software while they transition to a new browsing platform (which, one presumes, Microsoft
    hopes will be Edge.)

There's nothing stopping you from continuing to use Internet Explorer if you wish. Just keep in mind that it's old technology that's no longer being improved.

[Win10 1703] now blocks Adobe Flash content by default to improve security, performance, and battery life on mobile devices. However, you'll continue to be in control and allow Flash content once (or always) by clicking the
puzzle icon that appears in the address bar.

Starting with the Creators Update, Microsoft Edge will automatically block all Flash content from running unless you explicitly say it can. When a web page has Flash content that wants to play, Edge will provide a popup from the address bar that will allow
you to turn it on if needed. If not, the web page will continue to load without the Flash component. This is to help keep you protected when browsing the web.
