Windows 10: In App advanced App settings I am having trouble signing into my Microsoft account for my apps

HI I was wondering if I could please get some help with something last month I had to reinstall windows to keep my files because I was having trouble with my microsoft Edge browser. So I was advised to go to recovery and choose to reinstall windows and keep my files. So after this was done I did not realise this but in Apps Apps advanced settings their was a yellow bar going across the top of the screen. What does this error mean and how can I fix this error message. I should mention that I am no advanced user and I do not wish to play around in the registry unless I have help. their w

Weather App not working windows 8.1

I DO have a microsoft account but I don't use it to logon my laptop, I only use a local account with gmail.
The weather app was installed by default and it always worked before!
